The domain names do not contain pages and were registered on the 8th of February 2009.
MTV registered the trademark for MTV in April, 1981. MTV has trademarked: MTV, MTV Music Television, MTV Online, MTV Films and The MTV Store.
MTV has been a popular music and television show for over 25 years; beginning with music videos and then increasing to include award shows, reality television, game shows, sporting events and animated series. MTV is broadcasted via pay TV to 140 countries worldwide.
The Respondent did not reply to the Complainant’s contentions and all 21 domain names are to be transferred to the Complainant.
