You can access this tool by logging in and going to the \u201cSell Domain\u201d page in the Marketplace section. Click the “Domain Pricing Tool” text link to use the tool. Quickly use the historical and daily monetization channel stats to set the price.<\/p>\n

Just follow a few easy steps:<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2022    Select a folder or enter the domains that need BuyNow prices.
\n\u2022    Enter your own numbers into the Revenue Method area and\/or the Traffic Method area.
\n\u2022    For the Revenue Method, enter the number of months (aka your \u201cmultiplier\u201d) of actual recent revenue that will be      used to calculate each domain\u2019s BuyNow price.
\n\u2022    For the Traffic Method, enter your desired revenue per unique visitor and the number months (AKA your      \u201cmultiplier\u201d). These numbers will be used along with actual average #uniques per month for each domain to       calculate the BuyNow prices.
\n\u2022    The tool includes a few more optional selections that are self-explanatory.<\/p>\n

After clicking \u201cSubmit\u201d you will see a table of all domains and the calculated Revenue Method and Traffic Method prices. In the \u201cYour Price\u201d field you can override the price for individual domains.<\/p>\n

Why is this tool helpful?<\/strong> It saves precious time by quickly and easily pricing traffic and revenue domains as well as domains with no traffic or revenue. When finished with the pricing tool, you can click to list these domains in our Marketplace or download the pricing table and post in other marketplaces.<\/p>\n
