Normalized Statistics
One of Above.com's unique features is normalized statistics, which is available for domains using Above.com DNS. This allows you to track traffic to your domains, including unique hits CTR (click-through rate) and RPM (revenue per thousand unique visitors).
As parking services use different ways to determine if a visitor is unique, there is no accurate way to compare them, without first normalizing statistics. For example, some parking services count a unique as a visit from a unique IP every 24 hours, every 18 hours, or every 12 hours. By using normalized statistics, you can compare parking services against each other, using normalized data.
Normalized Statistics
As you can see in the above example, Parking Service 1 & 2 return a very similar CTR and RPM for this domain. This means that if the traffic was evenly distributed to these parking services, a similar revenue amount would also be returned.
As you can see, based on the rest of the domains, some parking services will return a much better CTR and RPM than others for certain domains. These reports, including normalized statistics, will help you optimize your domain traffic.
