Jobs Queue
The Jobs Queue page shows details about statistics downloads from parking services accounts.
Job Queue
This log can help you or your account manager identify issues with your parking service accounts.
In the below example, the user has entered the wrong login details for SEDO, meaning that statistics for this service cannot be fetched.
Log In Failed
What do the columns mean?
Date
The date of the task.
Service
The parking service that statistics were collected from.
Account
Which parking service account statistics were collected from.
Download
The date and time the download was started.
Size
Number of domains statistics were downloaded for.
Import
The date and time the the statistics were imported into our database.
Revenue
Revenue for this parking account (usually for the previous 3-4 days).
Message
If a message other that LOGIN FAILED is shown, there is no need for you to do anything. Our system will automatically retry later.
Usually SUCCESS, which means statistics were downloaded successfully.
LOGIN FAILED - this means the username or password for your account has been entered incorrectly. Check the details in Manage Accounts are correct or contact your account manager.
SERVER UNAVAILABLE - There was an error fetching your data.
NOT ATTEMPTED - Statistics data not ready yet.
AUTH ERROR - There was a log in error (not caused by incorrect username or password).
CAPTCHA REQUIRED - TrafficZ sometimes show a CAPTCHA field when users login to their system.
CSV MISSING - Statistics data not ready yet.
EMPTY - Error getting statistics.
IMPORT FAILED - Error getting statistics.
PROCESSING - Statistics were downloaded successfully, now being processed.
SUSPENDED - When SEDO returns a login message saying email address is not valid.
UNSUPPORTED - When SEDO welcome page is not as expected.
UNKNOWN ERROR - Other error.
